In 2021, Dr. Dorjee developed Smart Kids Initiative (SKI) — a holistic child-centric gender inclusive program to overcome the broad effects of the pandemic on children’s wellness and education. SKI supports education by providing computers, internet and learning programs, with leadership by schoolgirls. SKI integrates TB, COVID-19, and mental health illness. The goal of the SKI is to ensure long term sustainable social development and financial prosperity through systematic investment in children’s health, education, and digital capability.
